Set aside 15-20 minutes every day for this book from today. Repeat the statements and sentences in it. Practice it carefully. If possible, aim to read it 100 times in 90 days.
In the meantime, keep it with you and track your progress through the progress report provided at the end of the book. Try with confidence as the book says.
