We are both a bit scattered in writing. Although the main genre of writing is stories, we have also written in other various genres. We have experienced both the benefits and the disadvantages of this. Therefore, although Tej’s literary identity is basically a storyteller, he is a cultural scholar, a travel writer and a distinguished creator of children’s literature. Tej, who has such a diverse literary personality, has also given equal time to non-literary newspaper writing. In writing in this field too, he has made literature, art and children’s literature the main topics. In addition to these, even contemporary references have not lagged behind his pen.

There is a need for protection and encouragement for literary writers. There is a need to properly honor, respect and remember the late literary heroes. There is still a need for government goodwill to provide a creative environment, protect and encourage living and courageous literary personalities. There is still a need to establish a literary museum to present the history of Nepali literature and writers, which is riddled with such pitfalls, and to maintain its dignity!
